Default Cant send emails from my Tour 9630

Hi,

I posted a similar topic in the Tour section and didnt get any responses and I need this issue taken care of asap.

My problem is: I will receive an email on my phone, read it, respond to it, and when I go to send the message there is no option for me to send from my phone.

I have deleted both of the host routing tables, pulled the battery as well as re-sent the service books and not one thing has worked.

Are there any more options for me to figure this out? Its a big problem as I usually do many emails from my phone a day and now I have no way to do this... Hopefully someone can help me out.

After you enter the contacts email hit enter...don't just skip over to the body field and start typing. You need to press enter after the contacts name and then type your message. The send option will show up.

I tried that as well, but I am not composing a new email from scratch I am responding to one that was sent to me. The only options that I have are to save draft and full menu.

Really pissing me off, this happened out of no where and all the solutions I can think of dont work.

Any ideas?

are you clicking on the menu button? it should have reply in the box you can click on and then write your reply

Figured this out, I had to wipe my phone, restore, and have the service books resent from verizon. Thanks!
