Cannot synch contacts, but can eMail.

Long story short, is that due to political reasons beyond my control I am not on the corporate Exchange Server yet.

My IT guy setup my email synch through Terminal Server and blackberry redirector. Now I also need the contacts and calendar synch which I was doing with the desktop redirector and synch software with email synch TURNED OFF. It worked well for my calendar and contacts.

Since terminal server was setup and my emails synching (or forwarding) I cannot now connect "directly" and synch my contacts or calendar.

Is there a workaround to do this? Thanks in advance.
