cannot connect to App Loader

AT&T
Use BES for corporate email.
Platform: 2.4.0.39
App Version: 4.2.2.89

I installed the Blackberry Desktop Manager v4.2.2.12. When attempting to connect to the device using the App Loader, I recieve the following error:

"The Blackberry Desktop Software does not have Blackberry Device Software for the device that you have connected to the computer..."

Is there a newer version of Blackberry Desktop Software available?

Also, is there a way to unlock all vendor themes using this platform?

Uninstall ALL versions of Desktop Manager, then install the latest one.

As for unlocking all themes, there is a thread on this, here.

I reinstalled BB Desktop Manager and installed the updated BB Device Software and it is working properly now.
