Calender Sync issue

Hi All.

First post here so go easy!

Exchange 2007 on a separate box
Bes Express 5.0.2 (Bundle 14) on a dedicated box
BlackBerry Dispatcher version: 5.0.2.12

My user is experiencing an issue with his calender. I am just waiting on full confirmation but i believe the problem is as per below:

User A adds an appointment to his own calender in outlook
This syncs to the BB without any issues.
A delegate makes a change to this appointment in the users A calender
This change is not then synced to the blackberry.

There are no other sync issues, so if the user A adds an appointment to his blackberry it does sync back to outlook, and if he adds an appointment to outlook it does sync to his blackberry. It seems only changes made by the delegate are not updating on the BB.

I will of course confirm the above is correct once the user has come back to me, but wanted to get this started asap.

Any help on this would be apprecaited.
