Is there a program that allows me to import contacts to my BB?
Specifically one that shows
First & Last name, phone number, fax #, email...bbmessenger pin, screennames...and most importantly, notes that i have written for the contact.

Also is there one that also tells you when the last time you contacted the person was and an option to set a schedule for the next targeted contact date?

anything like that exists here? I believe this would be a great tool for networking. If you have any applications that you would like to suggest, please let me know as well!

You can use Outlook to do just about all the things you list...maybe all of them with a little work. You should also consider looking at Salesforce, CRM Software On Demand, Online CRM Solutions - salesforce.com. I don't know if they have a blackberry app yet, but they do all the customer resource management stuff you describe, and can export a file you can import into Outlook.
