Browser hangs

I am on a BES server and when I tried to access the internet I was prompted for user name and password. It must not have been the right one because now all I get is a blank screen at which point I have to reboot the phone. Now any application that accesses the internet performs in the same manner. I can't find any way of resetting the browser to get to a point where it is asking for my credentials again, because I found out what credentials are supposed to be used by my BES administrator. Any information on getting this resolved would be appreciated.

This was fixed by wiping the handheld and re-activating it.
