Default BPS 4.1 routing

Hi guys,

I wondered if it's possible to add another route to the BlackBerry router?
By this i mean, on BlackBerry Professional Server 4.1, users are able to access LAN sites such as our intranet which is on: 10.5.84.22; and so on.

We have a remote site which is on 192.168.124.x/24 range, and want to know how to add that route to the BlackBerry router.

Is this possible with BlackBerry?

Thanks,

Christian

I don't think the Blackberry Router actually has anything to do with actual rooting to sites. The BB router routes traffic between the rest of BES and the blackberry infrastructure on the internet. If you would like hand-held users to be able to browse various Intranet sites you will need to make sure the server BES sits on can access those sites. BES uses the MDS component to access resources on your network, if MDS doesn't have access then the blackberry hand-held users wont have access.
