Default BIS and Exchange 2007

I am a bit new in all this. I use BIS on my handheld and i have a problem that i can't activate my business email acc. since my firm switched from some older to exchange 2007 server. My company does not have BES and earlyer all worked perfectly. Is there any known issues with exchange 2007?
Email uses secure conection (https).

Can anyone help?
Thanx.

Question MS Server 2007 Behind a Firewall!!! No BIS!

Ok so my firm just upgraded last week to MS Server 2007 and put it behind some firewall that has cut off ALL BIS access! There are no intentions of changing this! They keep talking about ActiveSync and how that is an option...so what am I supposed to do, become an Apple FanGirl now??!!! Not! I love my storm and have to find a work around on my own. Any suggestions would be great.
