Default BIS and Exchange 2003

Ive been searching multiple boards, but maybe Im not searching for the proper terms....

I have an issue using BIS and Exchange 2003. I have mail being filtered to specific folders in my inbox in Outlook. Consequently, the mail that gets sent to a folder does not get forwarded to BIS to be sent to my BB. Is there anyway to get all mail sent to my BB before it gets filtered into a folder? (or is that simply a function of BES, and Im stuck taking abuse from the iPhone users using ActiveSync?..ha)

...or should I simply forward all mail to a different email? (or use BES Express?)

Thanks in advance

You mention both BIS and BES - which one are you using? If it's BES, you could have your BES admin enable folder redirection for the specific folders your Outlook rules move messages into.
