BIS 4, Torch, BB DM6, sync outlook 2010
Hi
I looked trough the website and didn't find any answer to my question.
Sorry for my English.
I have a BIS 4.1417 with 12 users, I have a strict policies enforced.
Their BB are provided by my company.
One worker has a personal BB Torch 9800, and he want to sync is outlook 2010.
I installed DM 6 on his computer so he could sync Outlook without being restricted by the policies.
But the DM "see" my BIS and tell me (translate from French): BB Enterprise email services are actually available. The BES administrator did not yet added your mailbox.
I tried on a computer with outlook 2007, and I get the same message.
Is it something possible (Sync Outlook BM when BIS is available) or am I working in vain.
