 BESx and VZW 9930...... can not contact server
I was OTA activating 4 VZW 9930 to the BESx today. All handset using VZW's official .374; 3 of the 4 activated without concern. The 4th will not pass the initial "contacting server" step. The device times out and fails. I have reloaded the handsets OS, verified that the device sends and receives data, and have reset both the Outlook and BES Servers.......the email address/account is a new user, as was the other 3. Any ideas? Any help? Thanks team.
