Default BES Wireless Sync & Desktop Manager - is it possible?

Hi,

We've got BES installed at our company with approximately 100 users. One of the issues is that we have encryption set up for our SD cards, a fairly useful security feature.

However, if people take photos or do anything else on their berries, they can't get the pictures off in Mass Storage Mode as they're all encrypted.

Is it possible to install BB Desktop Manager and will it wreck the BES link to the BlackBerrys?

Thanks,

Andy

I am on my companies BES. I also installed DM on my home computer. When installing DM it will ask you if you are on BES or BIS. you need to select BIS or it will screw up the wireless sync. Also if you try to sync the BB with DM it will also mess up the wireless sync (I have learned from my mistakes). You will be able to add or remove programs & pictures. Hope this helps
