BES and Exhange address book help

Hi, I'm rather new to BES but it is used at the business I am working at and I have been put in charge of adding a few more Blackberrys to our company. I have added them to the BES fine, but am having trouble finding a way to add the contacts from the Address Book section of the Outlook Web Access any other way than doing it one contact at a time for each phone. I am running Exchange on SBS 2003 and using BES Version: 5.0.0.145. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Add the user's account to a new profile in outlook.
Add all the contacts in the GAL to the user's contacts then it will sync with the device.
You have to do this manually for everyone, i havent found an automatic way of doing this.
