BES and Exchange, internal exchange emails not being sent to blackberry's

hi guys,

I run a small SBS 2011 server with BES Express for 2 of our users with blackberry's.

all the emails go through exchange fine and appear in outlook, but any emails sent internally on the exchange only go through t outlook and not the blackberry devices!

this is really hacking me off as i don't have enough experience with BES to sort this out! I think it has been happening since BES was first installed but the users didn't say anything so the free support has now run out.

any ideas as to why this is happening?
