Okay when I send email from my BB it goes into my sent email on my desktop. I file all my emails sent and received in specific folders (don't ask, I am commercial property management where its all about CYA).

I want to set up a rule for the sent box that when an email sent from my BB it sees it and moves it to a BB sent folder, until I can get to it later.

The problem is that outlook doesn't see the sent box as part of the rules.

How can I do this?
