BES deleting device from user account.
For some reason BES deletes one of my users every month, this has happened for the past 10 months between the 20th and the end of the month.
The user account is still on BES and their emails are still received fine until the device is wiped seemingly automatically.
Once wiped the user account is still there but there is no device accociated with it.
Has anyone had this before, does anyone have any idea why and does anyone have any clue as to a resolution to this issue?

I presume it's the same user each time? Have you ruled out the user doing something on the device himself? i.e. trying to remove the IT policy Also perhaps the device is malfunctioning. It sounds like this is something on the device, NOT the BES, BUT I'm no expert. Hopefully others will step up and try to lend their experience also.
