BES activation help needed

Good Morning

I am trying to activate a blackberry on BES server.


Activation looks successful however I am now receiving a message saying password has expired authenticate to continue.

I enter my device password & it prompts for a new password I have tried a number of variations with no success.

I have tried 6 characters & got told it required to contain 1 number & 1 letter.

SO I tried 7 with 2 numbers & got same message.

I am unable to use blackberry so would appreciate speedy resolution.

Your BES admin will have to provide the password to you. It's not up to you to decide. By default a BES activation password will expire after so many hours, usually 24.

It sounds like maybe you're trying to create a device password and not a BES authentication...?
