Default BES Activated but Not Receiving Mail

Hi All,

I was away on leave, and decided to remove my blackberry from the BES plan so I wouldn't receive my Blackberry emails anymore.

Anyways, I am back at work now, and got my service provider to re-enable the BES plan. I also got the BES admins to add me back to the BES server.

I was successful in doing the activation, and when I go to the enterprise activation screen in the options menu, it shows as being activated. Also, the company IT policy has been loaded onto my phone, and gets updated as required.

The problem is, my calendar, contacts and emails are not syncing. I am not able to get my emails, or anything. The surprising part is that I am able to send emails from my device, but I am not able to receive them.

I have tried wiping the device twice, and got the BES admin to remove me and add me again to no avail. As fate would have it, the BES admin is in another city, so I am not able to communicate with him very easily.

Do you guys have any ideas on what the problem would be and how I can fix it?

Thanks!

Found an easier way, simply reset the encryption from the enterprise activation menu
