BB Pearl text msg and email msg separate files?

Is there a way to separate out all incoming/outgoing text msgs (similar to other non-BB phones) on the home page? Currently all incoming/outgoing emails, calls, and text messages are all under the "message" icon. With work I receive about 100 emails a day while most of my text messages are personal - so I would like quick easy access to those if possible.

You may or may not have this option depending on your OS version, but try going into the messages folder, then press the menu button and go to Options > General Options, now is there an option for SMS and Email Inboxes?

Go to messages / menu / options / general / scroll down / sms and inboes = set it there...

I know what you mean as far as work emails go. When in messages, hold the Alt key and press s. This will display just your text messages. Alt and p, displays just your phone calls. I don't know if you can separate your incoming vs. outgoing texts. I haven't tried that one...
