Default BB Desktop not syncing Calender with EX2007

We recently migrated all users from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007. Once this was done, email is working, and we were able to get BB users that had BIS resyncing email, but anyone that used BlackBerry Desktop manager is having problems syncing Calendar Items.

We have tested resetting configuration, readding the Calendar selection, and even going as far as uninstall and reinstall. None seem to fix the issue.

This issue appears to effect Outlook 2003, as well as Outlook 2007 users.

Default Have you tried ....

I assume that you are referring to an individual user using Desktop Manager (DM) on his individual PC. Since DM is only accessing the contents of Outlook on the individual PC, there shouldn't be any issues. I am running OIutlook 2007 with no problems. Have you tried downloading the latest DM 5.0 and trying that? I recently upgraded from DM 4.6 to DM 5.0 and have not had any problems.

One of the users that was having issues, we did have him try and update to 5.0 and he said that it is still not working. I did not do the uninstall myself, so I don't know how thurough he was, or if he rebooted.

Are there any other possible issues that could be related to this problem?

Ask him what error is being generated,

if it is not syncing there is most likely an error generated, OR he has not reset up his sync, and checked off Calendar,

Default False synching

In version 5 you can choose the option not to have to say "yes" to a bluetooth connection everytime your BB connects to DM. However, although it appears to be synching (I have the auto synch option on), it isn't actually synching and you have to do a manual synch to get it to work.
