BB BOLD and exchange servers inc. canender

Hi folks.

Im a crackberry virgin, so go easy on me..

As a small company, I have just ordered 3 BB BOLD and a BES package. My questions (at this stage) are:

We all use outlook through an exchange server and all update each others calenders. We currently (on desktop PC's) access and add eachothers calenders and emails. Can we access eachothers calneder and emails (more than one exchange server) account on the device without forwarding to pop accounts etc?

Hi Colt,
Each account on the BES server is linked to the email address and only that one, it is linked in to the PIN number of each device.

You can create an appointment on your calendar and when you invite attendees, you can view their calendars to see if they are available. However you cannot update their calendar directly and you will not be able to get to their Inbox.

are far as I aware, that is the case.
