we are using bes for exchange 2003 and there are 2 users of blackberrys to start with. one operates fine the other a 8300 gets 2 identical messages comming in. there is no forwarding comming from anywhere and i cannot figure out where its comming from? also can you tell me if you do not use the blackberry desktop software how you can fully sync if a contact is changed or added on the bb then can this be synced to exchange? And one more question does the bluetooth sync work with vista biz yet...Thanks Louis

If you set the BES up right it should sync wirelessly. Did you post this in the Administrator forums?
