Theme Download Issues

I bought a theme from Bplay today and I'm having problems downloading it.

Bplay sent me the download links to my BB and when my BB browser opens the link it goes to a page that says: "Please visit this url with your blackberry device."

I don't know what's going on here. I've bought and downloaded from Bplay in the past. I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100 running OS 4.5. I sent them an e-mail through their site.

Good luck getting a response. I have submitted three requests without a single response with a downloading issue. I started a thread yeasterday on this forum asking for help and it was deleted. It seems someone at Bplay doesn't like the truth.

I got a response not long after I sent it in today. They asked what browser I was using and I sent one back saying my blackberry one. They haven't replied since. We'll find out soon I suppose.

go to your browser, Menu, Options, Browser config - set browser emulation to Blackberry. That should be the issue.
