Default Volume Will Not Adjust Through Car Speakers

I have a BB Curve, 8530 (Verizon) paired with a Parrot, Evo 3000, connected in my car. I can not adjust the volume through my car speakers while making a call. Person says I sound far away and I can hardly hear them. It worked fine with my pervious phone. Any ideas?

Jim

Yes. It is up and so is the phone. Normally the volume for the stero will take it up or down uring a call, but with the 8530 it does noting. Volume remains low.
