Storm Can't connect to bluetooth paired headset

I have paired my headset (Bluedio H9) to my Storm, but for some reason it won't connect to it. I've tried everything from setting my phone to discoverable to no encryption etc. I've gone through the tutorials and it tells me to select the device and the select 'connect'. Problem is I don't get that option with this headset. Has anyone else been able to connect to this device on the Storm? Maybe it's not compatible, i don't know. Please help!

You will have to make sure the bluetooth device is in discovery mode. This can be acquired by holding the on switch for a certain amount of seconds. It can either be shorter than the time it takes to turn the device on or longer than, i cant remember exactly.

After I turned the device on, I held the button for like 10 seconds, and my phone found it. I thought I had already connected to it but apparently I was paired to another device somewhere in the office! Oops.
