my 8330 wont enable bluetooth

well as of recently my bluetooth will not enable at all... im an new to BB and have tried all the tricks i have found on other sites and such but still with no luck... i have reinstalled the o.s. i am at my wits end and considering just useing it as a really nice coaster so any help would be great appreciated...

Go to >> manage connections and see if blootoooth is been checked, if not check it and then do your reegular setup for bluetooth.

yeah i have tried enabling it in both and still no difference. its just keeps the red x there and never seems to make an attempt to enable.
