lost bluetooth icon

I think I moved or deleted the bluetooth icon on my Bold 9000 when I first got it thinking I wouldn't use it. Now I've bought a bluetooth handsfree thing for the car and whilst the phone automatically connects when I get in, when I get out and go into the house it remains connected to the car (owing to proximity I guess.) To disconnect I have to go into menu, options, bluetooth then find the connection and terminate it ... pretty longwinded. How do I get the bluetooth icon back so that i can put it on my home screen and just disconnect with a click or two?
