Jabra Cruiser speakerphone won't connect to Torch.

Hi everyone. I purchased a Jabra Cruiser and the speakerphone worked for the first day and now will not connect. I've removed and re-paired it several times and speakerphone still will not connect again. I'm sure there is something I'm missing to do - but what?!? So frustrating! When I try to connect to it it comes up with a red x for speakerphone and then a green checkmark by both screen audio and A/V remote control. There is nothing to click on as this only pops on the screen for a brief moment. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have a Torch and the same thing was happening to me.

What you have to do is go to your bluetooth menu (the one that lists all your devices). It is the screen that asks if your bluetooth is on or off, or if your phone is discoverable or not. You will see the list of devices in the bottom box.

While you are look at this screen, press the Menu button.

You will see a choice for "Options". Choose this. You will be taken to another screen.

In this screen, make sure ALL the check boxes have a check mark.

Then click save. Try to reconnect your Jabra.
