jabra bt2035 + bold 9700 connectivity issue

Hi,

I seem to be having bluetooth connectivity issue with jabra bt2035. On the first setup, the device pairs up with the phone no problems. But when I turn off bluetooth on the phone and turn it back on, the device doesn't pair up to the phone automatically. However, there have been a few times when the device connected up to the phone automatically without having to go through the paring wizard.

Is it my OS on the phone that's causing this issue? or is it my cheap jabra device that's doing it.
