HELP!! bluetooth wont turn on

my bluetooth on my tour will not turn on at all! i did a battery pull and still nothing. any ideas or suggestions would b much appreciated! thanks

if a full battery pull isnt working either, i dont see that there are many other options available to you.
The only thing i can think of is that you will need to re install the ROM (the device OS).
but before your do anything i would suggest you contact your service providers BB help line and ask them for their suggestions.
