Default Help with Bluetooth

When I try to enable Bluetooth on my BB, my phone detects the 'puter, then asks for the numeric passkey. I don't know what that is or if I ever had one!! Is there a generic one I can use? Sorry to ask a stupid question.....you can tell I don't know what I'm doing

If you wish to remove the ''puter''. Go to Bluetooth and enable it. Then search for it in the ''paired devices'' list and remove it by pressing the BB menu button and selecting ''Delete Device''

When you try to connect for the 1st time, the 'puter' should provide you the numeric key.

Try the other way around. Have the 'puter' find the BlackBerry.

And welcome to the forums.
