 Car stereo adapter?
No I dont want a cord, I have a decent gps navigation touch screen unit. Has a spare rca input
Would like to use bluetooth to keep it all wireless

I do have an ipod plug if they make a converter for that, where I could possibly use my touch screen to change songs or to show songs but that may be asking too much
My unit also has front usb jack but I have no idea if it accepts a bt receiver as an input, I will look up all the specs on it later
