can I transfer my contacts list from one storm to another... (by bluetooth?) how?

I just got a replacement storm (warranty)
and was wondering if there is an easy way to transfer my contacts list to the new one?

I was thinking the Bluetooth would be the best, but can't find the contacts list / address book

or maybe by the media card?

Connect old bb to computer, open desktop manager, start "device switch wizard." It will copy everything and reload it to ur new bb. Alternatively, use google sync (if old bb still has data) m.google.com/sync
