Bluetooth modem error

Hello everyone and thank you for your time.

I have a problem pairing my BB 9700 to my PC, i used to connect to the internet using my celphone as modem trhough bluetooth link. But i had to format the computer and the configuration i made was gone... i tried to follow the same steps i did the first time, but now it shows this error when i try to connect:

The connection icon sometimes says it has iinternet acces, but then i try to open a web page and it doesnt work...

sometimes it says it has no internet connection... and it doesn't.

i have tried changing cases in this command, but i havn't managed it to work...

when i first tried to connect my BB to the PC it said the driver was not installed succesfully...

can it be a driver's problem??

how can i solve this?
