Bluetooth file transfer issues from Windows

Hi all, I'm trying to get my corporate ATT 8310 setup to transfer files via BT, and I've gotten mostly there.

I can successfully transfer a small file from the computer to the BB (right click, send to, bluetooth, etc), but when I try to send the file I actually want to send (46MB Mp3 podcast) it immedately jumps to 100% on the BB and then says File Transfer Failed.

Any ideas? I thought maybe there's a file size limit, but then I see a guy in this thread: (wont let me post links cuz I'm a n00b) /f52/file-size-limit-bt-transfer-275236/ claiming that he's sent 300MB via BT.
