Default Bluetooth earpiece

Presently I am using a cheap Motorola $30 BT device. Some hear me just fine, others say I sound like I am in a tunnel. So what other BT devices can you recommend?

There are tons of reviews online. It all depends on your price range as well. Personally I like the Jabra Stone and the Blueant Q1

A lot of folks I know recommend the Plantronics Voyager Pro, it is reportedly very comfortable to wear for extended periods of time, and has top-shelf voice quality. I've talked to a buddy of mine while he was working on his running diesel engine and I didn't even know it was running.

It also has excellent talk time-battery life. Amazon.com has been selling them around $50. I'll be getting mine as soon as I have the $$

Jawbone ICON is awesome! Typically, you will find it for between $75 - $99.
