Default Bluetooth Disconnect Problem

I just purchased a Motorola H12 Bluetooth headset. It paired easily and works fine. But, when I turn off the headset and turn off the Bluetooth connection on my 8900, the phone continues to send or receive calls through the Bluetooth connection. I double check and the Bluetooth connection is definitely off. But the phone continues to want to send and receive calls through Bluetooth.

The only way I have found to fix the issue is to do a battery pull. As you all know a battery pull is a royal PIA to do each time I want to fix this issue.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix without doing a battery pull?

Thanks for any feedback.
