bluetooth audio doesn't transfer

The Jaba bluetooth 250 works great with my 8330 only the first time i connect it, but when i turn off the jabra , then turn it back on the audio refuses to come out the headset and goes out the phone.

the device is paired and connected from the bluetooth menu, i can control dialing and answer with bluetooth it's just audio is out the handset.

I can always resolve the problem by entering the bluetooth menu, disconnecting the bt250 then reconnecting it. Sometimes turning on and off the jabra snaps it out of it but not always.

This happens to me every day, i always struggle to get the bluetooth connecting. can't find anyone else with this issue online, help!?
