Blueant S4 wont announce callers from phone book.

Hi All,

I need some help. I just bought the BlueAnt S4 handsfree speaker. It supposed to announce the name of the callers as long as they are in my contacts. However this is not happening, it just calls out the number.

Twice it called out a caller name...but the voice dial (lady voice) does it not the blueant S4.

I have the Blackberry 8520 .... HELP PLEASE !!!!

Try going to Bluetooth Options, make sure Contacts Transfer is set to All Entries and Secuity Level=High. Then with you BT turned on select the S4 under paired devices. go to Device Properties and disable encryption. Hope this works, I had the similar problem with my BlueAnt T1 headset. If this doesn't work you might have to re-pair your device. I know with the T1 there was a step in the pairing process where it transfered contacts names from address book to BT device.
