Default blackberry and bluetooth

i would like to know if you can synch the 9700 with a toshiba L640 running on windows 7 via bluetooth? if it is possible how do i do it? i plan to synch my calendar notes, contacts, and notes with outlook. thanks.

I don't see why not. Just enable BT on your BB and laptop then pair with the laptop. Now launch the DM and set the connection type to auto or manually to BT. Should work.

It's possible. But for one, if windows 7 fails, install the windows xp mode addon from the microsoft website, then install desktop manager.

I would strongly recommend you use the USB cable to sync or upgrade the device. Interference can cause problems sometimes.

Windows 7 will synch by bluetooth, but it can be slow if you have larger databases (contacts, calendar entries, saved messages....)

I recommend using the usb cable for synch'ing, backups and os loads. I mainly use bt to send files back and forth.
