Backlight and Bluetooth?

Hi,

I have a 'Bury' Bluetooth car holder which charges the BB as well.

Is there any way I can keep the back light on permanently when the BB is in the holder and charging?

Any help would be appreciated.

Leaving the backlight would seem to increase the time it takes for a full charge as reducing the backlight brightness can increase battery life.

Hi JCP007, thanks for the reply.

I do spend a lot of time in the car so the BB gets ample time to charge anyhow.
But during calls and generally, it is annoying when the screen goes black all the time (my other phones display used to remain on in the car holder)

I've set the back light timeout to the maximum of two minutes and I know it can display the clock when being charged.

I would just like it to remain 'lit up' even on low light so I can see whats happenin' all the time

You could possibly get a 3rd party app that will keep the backlight on all the time when in the charger... BBlight will do this, leave it on will do this... I cannot think of a way to do this without a 3rd party app...
