Default Always have to turn Bluetooth "On"?

I've had the tour for awhile, love it. Long story short, trackball busted, got a new (refurbished) one from verizon, love it too ... BUT

My bluetooths arent always automatically "on". Half the time, I have to go to "Manage Connections, Bluetooth" and turn it on manually. Really annoying, especially when I'm receiving a call and I go to answer it on my bluetooth and it doesnt work. I miss the call, have to go into manage connections to find that it's off and I need to turn it on.

Why is this? Thanks

I am having the same problem with my Tour. If I rebbot or do a battery pull, I always have to manually start Bluetooth.

Same problem here. And sometimes when I turn it on in manage connections, I'll have to try multiple times before it actually comes on.

Are you all running the 975 os on your tour? And are you all familiar with blue jacking? I leave mine off unless I'm on the run like in my car or whatever. I say it might be a nice feature if it is the os.

I've been running .975 since it was officially released and so far the Bluetooth has been solid. It hasn't turned off on it's own. It's only been 3 days, but so far, so good.

I can confirm that I've gone from .419 to .975, and the problem appeared on .975. I never had this problem on .419. I have my phone shut off between midnight and 6am, and when it turns on in the morning, BT is off. I just tried now by turning it off and on (not a batt pull) and it is off again.

Frustrating problem.

I can report that it has happened to me once on .975. It doesn't seem to happen as often to me as it did on the previous software, but still disappointing.

Same here - waited forever to get rid of 419, like the rest of the phone on 975 but my BT is quieter and shuts off on it's own.

I have the same problem. Rumor has it that Sprint is going to release a new V5 OS update shortly and wonder if a fix is in there....
