9650 and Windows 7: Bluetooth Install Problem?

Hello crackberry users!

I installed bluetooth connectivity on my new ASUS Netbook to my BB9650 and got the attached error. Looks like two areas of bluetooth didn't install correctly. Does anyone know which two services failed, and how I might fix it? Google gave me a number of options that all didn't pan out....got frustrated and thus I'm turning to the best knowledge out there...you!

I should add that my end goal is to use the 9650 as a bluetooth modem for the Netbook. I followed the destructions posted on the Verizon site to set that up, and it failed. I'm wondering if this driver thing is the problem, despite the fact that the BB modem service seemed to install ok.....
