9550 Bluetooth Audio Streaming Issue

I have been trying to stream audio through bluetooth to the Alpine eX-10 in my car but the music plays slow and at a lower pitch than it should be. I found a thread on another forum about the same issue with a different device (Bluetooth audio issue with Alpine ex-10 - xda-developers) where changing the bluetooth sample rate fixed the problem.

Is that possible on the 9550 or do I need to re-encode the music files to different bit rates, sample rates, etc? I have already disabled encryption, echo control, and the serial port and dial-up networking profiles.
