 2009 GMC Acadia+Tour 9630 Bluetooth Issues

I have a 9630 Tour that I have been using with no issues with since February with my 2009 GMC Acadia. Last week, Bluetooth started disconnecting 30 seconds into call, hanging up on call, then Bluetooth reconnects. I reset up Bluetooth pairing in vehicle and deleted Bluetooth device from phone and re paired to vehicle. Same issue. Just received replacement Tour from Verizon to fix problem and still have same issue. I use phone and vehicle for work and live in California so handsfree is mandatory. I am assuming it is a phone issue since I can connect initially and can hear and talk via Bluetooth in car. Any thoughts? Could it be Bluetooth antennae in vehicle?  |
