    z30 at v10.2.0.429 won't update to v10.2.1.537-dsc04802.jpg

    hi,
    sorry not a techie, had one of my z30 software at v10.2.0.429 while the other at v10.2.1.537

    v10.2.0.429 gets "has latest software" message when tried updating...

    can anyone help ?

    My Z30 had the update pushed on the 28th so this is all carrier dependent. I would switch the sim cards if they are on different carriers and unlocked of course, just to see what will happen.

    phone is unlocked, using it here in Manila, Philippines
    i downloaded & installed the updates from my BB link account (official release )

    am not quite sure to try switch the sim cards, as had tried early Jan 2014 to switch devices (9790 to z30)> installed a new sim (micro),
    it caused battery to heat up & drain in abt 5 hrs, finally solved the issue when i wiped > installed only contacts & documents (minus the phone & text logs)......
