One caution :

Z30 Battery life compare to Z10 will spoil you like anything. So beware !! It made me lazy... I keep forgetting carrying my charger everywhere everyday.

There are people all over the internet who say the same thing. Also, if you are able to get the two side by side, you will also notice the difference, no microscope needed.

I owned a Z10 since they were released here in South Africa. Feb of 2013. I then upgraded to a Z30 a month ago. Hold them side by side? I've done this. Yet don't see a difference. Maybe my eyes aren't as good as yours. I am aware the PPI is lower, but i just think it isn't visible to the naked eye.
But then again, I'm no pro

I never had an issue with my Z30 and I find it to be the best BB ever built that I have owned. I work in the construction field and the size has never been a problem, its taken some good falls, hard bumps and still keeps on ticking like the day I bought it.

Wouldn't say best phone on the planet but it is pretty awesome! Had my Zed10 for 21 months and just got a Zed30 and I hafta say it's pretty darn sweet. Very impressed with it. (especially with 10.3.1)

How is the screen compared to z10's ? i ask for the difference in ppi 295 vs 356...

Sorry I didn't get a chance to get back to this.

I'm told that some folks can see a difference in the number of pixels per inch between the Z30 and Z10. I've not seen any substantial difference at normal viewing distance. The Z30 AMOLED display is not as bright as the LCD on the Z10 though. That could account for the Z10 display appearing to be "better" than that on the Z30.

Comparing the screen quality and pixel density between the Z30 and G3 is not possible. They are that different. The G3's display is the best I've ever seen on a mobile device, and many would argue that the display is the G3's signature feature. Add LG's camera to that and you have a superb photo and video package. My Z30's display is very nice for how I use it, but it's no match for that on the G3.
