My friend has a z30 and when she types, random letters get typed with it. So instead of 'good' it can type things like 'dkgood' or 'gouged'.
What's up becomes gwkhaqyks up

We tried installing the latest 10.3.2 update but this only resolved the problem for less than a day. Anyone having similar problems or tips?

I'd got into the Language and Input settings and find the autocorrect and Learned Words and erase them all for the moment.

I'm not sure why, but I have had this sort of thing happen when the device wasn't on a good charge source while plugged in, either via some aftermarket charger or if the power to the outlet was not standard. The device would have a "ghost user", it would type things at random, open or close apps, navigate within an app at random, and/or open and close folders. This would happen when holding the device and using it or it just sitting on a table. The fix was to either use a OEM charger or find a "cleaner" outlet to plug it into.

For my Z30 on a QI chargers, every now and then while typing, it will spazz out like if you were typing on a keyboard and a cat decided to walk across it. The fix is to take it off the charger to type.

I'm guessing it had something to do with the power or static effecting the touch screen.

Ghost user on my old Storm and Torch, the QI typing spazz on my Z30 STA100-3.

On the Ghost user issue, it was always charger/power related.
Some aftermarket charges would always do it and some locations I went too that had "dirty" electrical feeds from the pole.

The Playbook seemed more prone to this type of behavior. If charging on a circuit that had other appliances, like a microwave or plasma tv or was not well-grounded, the Playbook could be somewhat erratic. But I've heard it about other phones/tabs.
