I have a weird problem with my Z30 after upgraded Os to 10.3.1.1016

I left the phone charge at nite and in the morning the phone is off, I could not turn it on, totally dead. I try to press the power button for couple of seconds, but nothing happen. I plug the charger again and the led lights up yellow steadily for couple of seconds, and its disappears. I try to unplug and plug again, the same things happen, yellow led couple of seconds, then gone

Is anybody have this problem ever?

Seems like is not charging. Try another charger.

Trying plugging it into your PC with the USB cable, this has happened to me before I had to reload the OS.

Similar issue with my 7 month old z30..it would not turn on,,had to return it,rogers sent me another one..hopefully it won't happen to my replacement, if so,bye bye blackberry

the OS didn't load right try it again or better yet try a different leak 10.938

What happens when you try to run the auto loader again?

open blackberry link and run auto loader it should pick it up and load.

using OS 10.3.1.1016 on myZ30 since last 12 hours. haven't had such problem.

try this

Soft reset

1- press and hold power button for 10 seconds
2- press and hold volume up and volume down key at the same time for 10 seconds.

Leaks are a roll of the dice. If you have issues with a leaked OS, go back to the official OS and verify......
