As far as Apple and an iPhone, they seem to just work better overall. The only thing I don't like is the lack of a file manager ( Not going to get into that) .

There are still tons of bugs that need fixing in the latest OS on BB10. The browser being one of them. The rest, I don't care to elaborate much on at this point.

I had more crashes (but not on level you have) after upgrade to 10.3.2 than whole previous year, so I feel that your complaints are warranted. I believe that there is memory leak bug, as I observed crashes after longer browsing sessions on content heavy sites.
However, the only advice we could give you is to backup, restore to factory and reinstall from scratch.

9.1 GB's free memory, 4.08 used. Yes, I do know the difference between all of this. Also, when I say the "OS loads a Web page", I meant to say the browser. Indirectly, the OS loads it because if there were no OS, you wouldn't be loading anything.

As far as what I said about reloading, and loading again, some Web pages seem to not completely load up, give a blank screen in a matter of seconds, then reload the same page...over and over. This doesn't stop, until the browser is closed. Try reopening it...loops and loops over and over again.

The dumbest thing I ever encountered on a smartphone.

Apparently you don't. You talking flash drive space and the others are talking memory which is maxed at 2gb unless you have a passport which has 3gb. So your 9.1gb free is your storage space, not free memory.

Well, I don't know what to say other than I think you're doing it wrong.

The browser seems to be absolutely fine for most people. Also, the rest of the OS is running smoother and smoother.

If the browser is really causing you grief, there are several other options out there. Native options. I find Internet Explorer to not be the best option for me but I don't curse Microsoft for it, I simply use an alternative.

Yes, the ever tried and true way of curing all ailments with a BlackBerry. Ditch everything, wipe the device, and reload the OS.

Wash, rinse, repeat ...Yes, that type of thing.

This HAS to be the one thing that creeps into someone's mind when then say to themselves...." I'm going to another platform "....

Which all goes back to my question, why can't BlackBerry get an OS UPDATE right from the get go, if they know these things aren't addressed in OS versions from the past? I mean, come on here. People are telling them the issues they're having, but nothing seems to get done about it. And BB10 is out now how long?

One would think that if they're bragging they're the best, that they'd back that up, by offering something that stands up to the way they say it works...

Sounds like a bit too much coating to me....

Yes, it's always operator error. How many ways exactly, Are there, to tap on the browser icon to open a Web page? So if everyone else is peachy cream with the browser's performance, and "issue free", is that an excuse to brush off the fact that there are people out there who legitimately have issues? And lots of other ones besides the browser?

I'm just stating an observation here. It's like you have a disinterest to the people who are experiencing issues.

I don't follow you, in that regard.

Download the ZEUS Browser in BlackBerry World. Yes it costs money but it's still cheaper than a bottle of beer in a bar. But it's far superior to the stock browser.

Thank you for the help and advice.
However, that's my argument here. Why offer a browser on a device if it's loaded with issues? Why should I have to resort to an alternative browser? That's what I mean when I say that BlackBerry needs to FIX before RELEASING an OS, as an "upgrade"...

It's like issues are constantly being brushed under the carpet, and not being addressed properly.

The last few days are annoying the hell out of me. Every Web page I try to open and navigate through, tends to freeze up, change by itself, lag to death or otherwise crash.

Great OS update BlackBerry. You're going backwards instead of improving this joke of an OS!!!

I've yet to see the day at BlackBerry, when they release an OS that actually works right...the day it's released...

    Typical.

I found the stock browser a little sluggish, but I quickly fixed that with' Browsie Browser'. Seems faster and has swipe gestures.

I started with the stock browser on 10.2 and found it slow for my tastes, even with the 10.3.2.2226 upgrade I still find the after market browser to be a fair bit quicker.

Dude, it seems like it is a problem that occurs just on your phone. The vast majority reports no problems at all.
So please don't generalize the fact that somethings wrong with your device. There are a lot of explanations. And as you can see there are people who are trying to help you out.

However it seems to me like you just want to flame around. There's no reason for that.

I both use a Z30 & Q5 with the stock browser. I would say most of the time the stock browser does the job.

Other choices are available on Blackberry. I am using more and more Browsie Browser. I really like the choices of user agents in the settings. I leave it most of the time to the iPhone setting. When the stock browser does not behave well - I punch in Browsie Browse and it works. Nice thing that it also includes ad blocking.

I also have Zeus - very fast with ad blocking.

It's nice to have choices. Why not spend a few $$ to improve your browsing experience and help the few remaining devs that have made these apps available.

I don't mind supporting a developer. My question is why doesn't BlackBerry have its own browser working properly, out of the box, if they claim to be the best hardware? They kind of need to back up what they claim, don't they?

They do, as stated by the vast majority in this thread.

They have won the "best browser" on several occasions.

You might be better suited to a lesser quality device.

I have just tried your link in a number of browsers.
IE 11.0.9600.17914 on Windows 7 desktop machine (with plenty of horsepower) = partial rendering with "TELUS BlackBerry Z30 Smartphone - Black" in a left side pane, white box with radial lines cycling continuously - failure.
Firefox 39.0 on Windows 7 desktop machine = blank screen - failure.
Firefox Developer Edition 41.0a2 (2015-07-27) on Windows 7 desktop machine = blank screen - failure.
BB Browser on Z30 (see my signature for OS versions) = blue bar at top, larger gray bar below, white box with radial lines cycling continuously - failure.
Chrome browser on iPad Air (iOS 8.4) = partial rendering, Z30 page on Best Buy site, white box with radial lines cycling continuously - failure.
Safari on iPad Air (iOS 8.4) = same as Chrome browser - failure.

Perhaps you could rephrase your OP as "Best Buy website is unbelievable. Absolutely horrible" ??

BestBuy.ca - Computers, Televisions, Video Games & Cameras - Best Buy Canada - Best Buy Canada

    kbz1960,
I do not believe you have GoodInfo's actual link rendered in your browser screen capture.
When I use IE on my Windows 7 desktop machine, I get a partial rendering with "TELUS BlackBerry Z30 Smartphone - Black" in a left side pane (screen capture below).
I only duplicate your screen on my Z30 when I go to the Best Buy home screen (m.bestbuy.ca).
Your "refresh" may have truncated the full link?

Stop trolling and posting same BS in every thread. I see your name whining everywhere in the last few hours. You were asked what websites don't work, you said you don't remember. Yeah right. You talk BS about tonnes of bugs in the OS, yet you don't mention any. You keep praising your Apple, just move on there.
You screwed up with OS update. Reload it and stop crying.
The native browser doesn't have any NEW issues since last update (if it had any before at all). The OS is smooth and doesn't have tonnes of bugs as you claim, it could be missing in features compared to your Apple but is certainly not buggy.
    It's you and your phone.
